Worked in the following order.

| 1. Hillary Barnes, watercolour
washes and resist. |
2. Jan Leonard, gouache
for 'shells' and '
ka pai'. |
| 3. Dale-Cormack
Pearson, ultramarine watercolour wash with ¾ flat synthetic
brush. A resilient 'plum blossom' brush with alizarin crimson
water colour strokes and black and gold gouache for the words.

4. Glenice Martin, heavily
diluted blended green and blue Chinese stick ink - to blend
with the sea, Walter De La Mare's verse. |

5. Carol
Hunt, Galactic Blue Pearlescent liquid acrylic for the 'breeze'
poem by Bruce Mason, beginning with 'One Sunday morning'.
Other side is poem called 'End of the Golden Weather'.

6. Robyn
Betterton, watercolour and brush, 'the sea is the sea', watercolour
pen and brush for 'what ever we lose'.

Dianne Rodgers, her friendly new Faber Castel pen for 'each
wave a collaboration' and 'no one can tell me'.

Dawn Kendall, neutral grey Higgins ink with diluted aqua blue
Magic Colour in a Hunt 56 nib and a number 3 Brause nib respectively
for 'Sea Fever' excerpts and 'Psalms'.

Roselda Stevens, a mix of Pthalo, white gouache, water and
a Brause nib wrote 'you cannot discover new oceans' and an
extract of a Jerome K Jerome poem on the other side.

Barbara Ellis, impasto gel for shells, over painted with gouache.
