Calligraphers
of Kapiti began in 2001 and we are happy to say we are now a
settled, well established club with skilled and dedicated members.
Members
who are supportive and caring of each other. One of the most
valued aspects of our club is our sharing. We share all jobs
and responsibilities amongst members, whether it be the chairing
of the monthly meeting, the providing of supper, the tutoring
of workshops or the general sharing of calligraphic activities,
ideas and events. We have found this system has helped to make
us a cohesive and cooperative group and it seems to work well
for us.
