History of the Society

The Calligraphy Society of South Australia
meets on the 4th Sunday of each month at
The Hillcrest Community Centre,
27-31 Queensborough Avenue, Hillcrest,
from 1.30 to 4pm.New members are always welcome

Our aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment
for all those interested in calligraphy, from beginner to experienced.
Usually, our meetings begin with information and news sharing
and any business items which need discussion,
and then move on to a mini-workshop or guest speaker.We have a large library of relevant material
which members are welcome to borrow.During the year we hold one day workshops
on a variety of areas of calligraphic interest.
The experienced calligraphers in our group are keen to
pass on their knowledge and give support.
