On The 20th of October 2000 some new rooms in the museum will be opened:
1) the hall with printing-machines and presses
2) the Pettenbach-room with typical national costumes of the region
3) the Scriptorium for the calligraphy-courses

The Museum of Calligraphy and Ex-Libris was established in May 1992 and is the first of this kind in Austria. The work of outstanding representatives of both art forms is presented in special exhibitions.
In summer 2000, calligraphy of Karlgeorg Hoefer and ex-libris from the Netherlands (dating first half of 20th century).
Past exhibitions include:
1998 Hermann Kilian,
1999 Evert van Dijk and
Ex-Libris from Lembit Löhmus.
